Shop Pendry Return Policy
Return Eligibility:
· All eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
· Items must be unused, in original packaging and in resaleable condition with all tags and accessories included.
· Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Damaged or Defective Items:
· If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery
· We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
Non-Returnable Items:
· Mattresses and bedding items (including pillows, duvets, mattress toppers and bedding sets) are non-returnable for health and hygiene reasons.
Return Process
1. Contact our customer service team at shop@shoppendry.com to initiate a return.
2. You will receive a return authorization and shipping label.
3. Ship the item back using provided return label.
4. Once received and inspected, refunds will issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days

LOST PARCELS
In the event that the package is not received or lost in transit, but shows delivered to the shipping address associated with the order, Shop Pendry will not be liable for non-receipt of goods or replacement of goods. Shop Pendry will assist in filing a trace and claim with the respective carrier to assist client in locating lost parcels.
Parcels that are unclaimed or refused will be subject to applicable return and re-stocking fees and will not be considered cancelled.
